Aegean North

The Northern Sporades, also known as the Magnesian Islands, form a picturesque archipelago of 135 islands and rocky coastlines located to the east of the Greek mainland in the Aegean Sea. These islands are characterized by their rugged beauty, with sparse vegetation and a limited number of secluded bays with pristine beaches. The Northern Aegean, the East Aegean Islands, and the Sporades collectively comprise an enchanting collection of destinations, including the captivating islands of Chios, Lesbos, Samos, and Thasos, each offering its own unique allure and charm.

Aegean South

South of the main Ionian sites, the southern Aegean region marks the beginning of another chapter in the rich tapestry of ancient civilizations, with the Carians leaving their indelible mark on the land. Historically, the central and southern Aegean coasts served as crucial crossroads for ancient trade routes, where the convergence of Eastern and Western cultures laid the foundation for the evolution of civilization.

The South Aegean Sea encompasses the island groups of the Dodecanese, the Cyclades, and the Southern Sporades, each with its own unique allure. The Southern Sporades comprise over 170 islands, of which 30 are inhabited, offering a glimpse into a less-explored side of the Aegean. Meanwhile, the Dodecanese, located just a stone's throw away from the Turkish coast, form a chain of islands from Patmos to Kasos.

These islands, including Andros, Kalymnos, Karpathos, Kea-Kythnos, Kos, Milos, Mykonos, Naxos, Paros, Rhodes, Syros, Thira (Santorini), and Tinos, hold within them the echoes of ancient history intertwined with the vibrancy of traditional Greek life. Embarking on a cruise through the Dodecanese offers an unparalleled journey through time, where the remnants of antiquity harmonize with the enduring traditions of the Greek way of life. This unique experience transcends mere travel, offering a passage that meanders between the realms of the Orient and Occident, providing an immersive encounter with the cultural mosaic of the Aegean.

Dodecanese Islands

The Dodecanese islands, situated in the southeastern part of the Aegean Sea, encompass twelve major islands and several smaller ones. Some of these Greek Islands are located near the border to Turkey.

They offer a diverse range of attractions: from charming whitewashed houses and stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters to vibrant villages and exciting nightlife.

Rhodes, home to the iconic medieval old town and the Palace of the Grand Master, transports visitors to a bygone era of knights and chivalry.

Lindos, an archaeological site and a beautiful town on the Island of Rhodes, feels like stepping into a picturesque painting. The town is adorned with winding streets, whitewashed buildings, and crowned by an impressive acropolis, beautiful beach, and breathtaking views. With its stylish decor, inviting outdoor seating, and sweeping views of the ancient Acropolis, Lindos has something to offer for everyone.
