The APA typically ranges from 25% to 40% of the charter fee and is due with your final payment, approximately one month before your journey begins.
Your Captain will expertly manage all APA-related expenses and provide a detailed, transparent breakdown at the end of your charter. Any unused funds will be promptly reimbursed to you. Conversely, should additional expenses arise, they are simply settled before you disembark.
